Job Title: Construction Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced-Construction Recruiter-to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing skilled construction professionals across a variety of projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for construction-related positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified construction professionals, including laborers, tradespeople, supervisors, engineers, and project managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Advertise vacancies through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
• Conduct reference checks and verify qualifications and certifications.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate employment offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Stay informed about construction industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or trades sector.
• Strong understanding of construction roles and industry requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, civil engineering, commercial construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction certifications and compliance requirements.
• Existing network within the construction industry.
