Sales Manager
Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business in the recruitment of a Sales Manager to lead and grow business opportunities within the defence sector. This role can be based out of several locations including; Hampshire and Gloucestershire. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can manage the full sales lifecycle; from market analysis and customer engagement through to bid direction and successful deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development and sales campaigns, from opportunity shaping through to closure. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders. Manage bids, forecasts, and budgets to deliver consistent growth. Develop a multi-year sales pipeline aligned to strategic business goals. Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and marketing initiatives. Skills and Experience: Proven record of achieving significant annual sales targets. Strong understanding of complex procurement and stakeholder environments. Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Skilled in market analysis, forecasting, and CRM tools. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
