T Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, leasehold, and listed properties. Manage client matters from instruction through to exchange, completion, and post-completion registration. Provide proactive, commercial legal advice and maintain strong client relationships. Support and mentor other team members as required. Contribute to business development and local market initiatives.
