***** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CANDIDATES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY HAVE TRAVEL OR LUXURY GOODS EXPERIENCE********Our client is a PE backed travel business based in London currently looking for an Interim CFO for a 3-6 month period.The interim CFO will be able apply for the permanent role or just deliver on the interim assignment for 6 months whilst a permanent candidate is foundThe CFO role requires a commercially astute, hands-on finance leader with a proven track record in luxury or travel businesses. The CFO will guide the finance function, drive commercial insight, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior team.The successful candidate will manage the budgeting and forecasting process and continue to build a function capable of exiting the business.Partner with the CEO to shape and deliver strategic growth plans.Lead financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.Drive pricing and margin strategy, identifying opportunities for revenue diversification.Evaluate commercial opportunities including partnerships, new markets, and product launches.Deliver robust and accurate cash flow forecasting.Lead on investor relations, board reporting, and shaping the financial value story.Start to prepare the business for a PE-backed exitBuild and develop a cash generation strategy to drive improvements in working capitalEnsure financial data integrity and readiness for valuation and sale processes.Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and legal advisors.Build and scale financial infrastructure to support growth across markets, currencies, and legal entities, while protecting profitability through disciplined cost management.Oversee foreign exchange exposure, transfer pricing, and international tax compliance.Lead the end-to-end finance function: reporting, banking, AP/ AR, payroll, compliance, and tax.Manage and develop a high-performing finance team with a collaborative and commercial mindset.PERSON SPECIFICATIONACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or international equivalent) with significant post qualification experience.Experience in travel or luxury a MUST (please do not apply if you don’t have this)Private Equity Experience.International experience (mainland Europe)Ability to start by the first week of September 2025Due to the high volume of applications we receive we cannot get back to everyone.
