HR Business Partner
We are supporting a South West London based organisation in their search for an HR Business Partner This role will provide strategic HR Business Partner support to a Children and Families Directorate and the key focus will be on restructuring and Workforce Planning You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR and OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies We are looking for a forward thinking HR Generalist (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in supporting organisations through change with a proactive, strategic lens. To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally Local Government.
