An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Design & Build contractor on a prestigious -35 million commercial fit-out project in East London. This Site Manager role offers the chance to work on a high-profile scheme from mid-August, managing key areas of the project and helping drive delivery through to completion.

About the Role of Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a -35m commercial fit-out project in East London. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider site team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the build.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Site Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience who is comfortable working within fast-paced project environments and coordinating multiple trades.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

• Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
  * Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
  * Monitoring programme progress and reporting updates to senior management
  * Coordinating and managing multiple trades across different work areas
  * Conducting quality inspections and snagging reviews
  * Reviewing RAMS and maintaining Health & Safety compliance on site
  * Attending progress meetings and liaising with clients and consultants
  * Managing materials, logistics, and workforce requirements

Requirements for Site Manager

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
  * Experience working for either a Design & Build contractor or main contractor
  * Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit-out delivery
  * SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualification required
  * Excellent communication and leadership skills
  * Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets
  * Strong understanding of quality assurance and Health & Safety procedures
