Crisis Management: Act as a key point of contact for behavioural incidents, assisting with de-escalation and supporting students through challenging moments. Individualised Support Plans: Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create and implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual student needs. Mentorship and Guidance: Support students in building social skills, resilience, and conflict resolution abilities, promoting a positive school experience. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and external professionals to create a holistic support network for each student.
