A well-established real estate entity with an in-house maintenance team is looking for an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead its operational delivery across a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for day-to-day operations, team management, client relationships, compliance, commercial performance and business development. You will oversee everything from reactive residential repairs and planned maintenance through to larger commercial contracts and refurbishment projects.
