Registered Manager

to lead a small,

Ofsted-regulated children''s home

in

Sheffield , specialising in care and support for young people with

Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) .This is a rewarding leadership role within a child-focused organisation that is dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for young people with complex needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the children''s home in line with

Ofsted and Children''s Homes Regulations

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic care to children with

EBD and challenging behaviours

Manage, mentor and develop a team of residential care professionals

Drive a strong safeguarding culture and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements

Build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies, families, and professionals

Lead Ofsted inspections and work towards achieving a minimum of ''Good'' to ''Outstanding'' ratings

Minimum of 2 years'' experience as a

Registered Manager

in a children''s home

Proven experience working with children and young people with

EBD and complex needs

Strong understanding of the

Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015

and

Quality Standards

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management - Residential Childcare

(or equivalent)
