enhanced pay for evening and late shiftsFlexibility required around events and private bookings

Execute bespoke, high-end menus for private events, luxury venues, and residencesEnsure consistent Michelin-quality execution across prep, production, and presentationWork closely with the Head Chef to deliver tailored culinary briefs to exacting standardsManage mise en place, cleanliness, and safety in a high-spec kitchen environmentInnovate while maintaining the classic excellence clients expectRequirementsMichelin-starred or 5-star background essentialExperience in high-end production, catering, or luxury eventsAdaptable, calm under pressure, and highly detail-orientedExcellent time management and a proactive approach to shifting demandsFood Safety and Hygiene Level 3 (minimum)What Youll GetHighly competitive base salary with
