This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most prestigious practices in the market, known for its involvement in complex, high-value cross-border restructurings.This role offers exposure to some of the most sophisticated restructuring matters globally. The team regularly advises creditors including hedge funds, bondholders, institutional lenders, secondary market investors, and creditor committees on distressed and special situations across a wide range of sectors.You will be working alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field, gaining early responsibility and direct client contact. Associates are trusted with substantive work from the outset and supported by a collaborative and high-performing team structure.Responsibilities

Contribute to a range of financial restructuring matters, advising creditors and other stakeholders on distressed and special situations across multiple sectors.Support senior lawyers on complex, cross-border restructurings with early responsibility and direct client contact.Collaborate within a high-performing team to deliver high-quality work for demanding clients.Candidate Requirements

NQ-1 PQE, with at least six months’ experience in a leading restructuring seat. March 2026 NQ’s will be considered if they have already completed a 6-month seat in restructuring.Ideally trained at a Magic Circle or elite US City law firmStrong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skillsA genuine interest in financial restructuring and distressed investingConfidence working with sophisticated financial institution clientsWhat’s on Offer
