Customer Support Executive
to join them on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that supports both office operations and workshop production planning, ensuring efficient progression of customer orders from initial quote through to delivery and invoicing.Role:
Customer Support ExecutivePay: On ApplicationLocation: Greater ManchesterHours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00Status: PermanentResponsibilities
Coordinate and track customer order progress in collaboration with the Workshop ManagerPrepare and manage cost quotations for customersRaise and manage purchase orders with suppliersProduce and update weekly customer status reportsGenerate and manage customer invoicesMonitor and progress customer orders through internal systemsProcess and manage warranty-related ordersProvide general administrative and coordination support to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications
Experience in office administration and production or planning environmentsExperience in Aviation or in a technical or manufacturing/engineering settingStrong organisational and multitasking skillsConfident with managing customer and supplier communicationCompetent in using MS Office and business systems for data entry and reportingGood attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completionSeniority level
