OVERVIEW
Join a specialist private family law team based in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing practice with a strong reputation across all areas of private family law.

The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive team handling high-quality work across a varied family law caseload, with exposure to both financial and children matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a caseload of private family law matters including divorce and financial remedy cases
- Advise on private children law matters and child arrangements
- Assist with ToLATA disputes and cohabitation breakdowns
- Deal with Family Law Act matters, including domestic abuse injunctions
- Draft legal documents including statements, applications, and correspondence
- Liaise directly with clients and third parties in a professional and sensitive manner
- Work closely with senior solicitors on complex and high-value matters
- Attend court where required and assist with hearings

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in Family Law
- Experience across private family law matters is essential
- Strong understanding of divorce, financial remedies, and private children work
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Excellent communication skills and client care approach
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to develop within a specialist family law practice
