We have a variety of positions available, to start ASAP. If you possess organisational and strong communication skills, this role could be for you!

Responsibilities

Provide support to pupils with special educational needs in alignment with school guidance and a wider support network.

Support the delivery of planned activities and routines to support pupil progress.

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to create a conducive learning environment.

Think on your feet, be proactive, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a Special School setting.

Collaborate with a wider team to monitor pupil progress and behavior support plans.

Ideal candidate

Patient, flexible and resilient manner.

Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children with special educational needs.

Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils and staff alike.

Prepared to adapt to varied daily tasks in a Special School environment.
