The Property Manager role involves overseeing the delivery and performance of facilities management, ensuring services are delivered in line with SLAs and KPIs.Salary: £35,000 to £37,000Office basedProperty Manager duties:Acting as the main point of contact for client representatives regarding service delivery and worksResponding to queries in a timely and professional mannerManaging contractual obligations, ensuring works are meeting set standardsManaging and coordinating reactive jobs reported by the client, tenants, or contractorsEnsuring works are assigned to the appropriate contractor and completed within agreed SLAsAssessing issues and determining the correct category in which they are to be completedCarrying out quality checks and reports to ensure works meet contractual standardsEnsuring contractors comply with service specifications and agreed schedulesTracking the completion of maintenance activities across the portfolioManaging and escalating complaints as necessaryInvestigating issues, coordinating corrective actions and ensure swift resolutionCollecting and maintaining service reportsAnalysing performance data and preparing KPI reportsPresenting and reporting on performance to the clientReviewing and approving works and ensure appropriate costs are recordedPreparing cost information to support invoicing and reportingProperty Manager required skills/competencies:Previous ..... full job details .....
