A dynamic and growing creative practice is seeking an
Office Manager and Xero Bookkeeper
to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support both the financial and operational sides of a busy studio working with global, high-end retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:Finance and Bookkeeping (approx. 40%)
Manage and process invoices, expenses, and receipts using XeroMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsAssist with basic financial reports and month-end processesOffice and Project Support (approx. 60%)
Provide admin support across studio and project teamsOversee office supplies and equipmentManage incoming/outgoing post and courier servicesPrep for meetings and provide front-of-house supportHelp with team events and general studio operationsIdeal Candidate:
1+ years'' experience in a similar bookkeeping/admin roleProficient in Xero, Sage, or QuickBooksConfident with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail, highly organised, and communicativeBonus: Experience in a creative or architectural environmentThis is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and operations, in a collaborative studio that values both precision and personality.
