This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile commercial and residential developments across London.Key Responsibilities:Lead the fa ade design process from concept to completion, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to deliver efficient, innovative, and compliant fa ade solutions.Oversee external design consultants and subcontractors, managing deliverables, schedules, and technical compliance.Attend site and client meetings, providing technical advice and resolving design issues.Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and sustainability objectives.Requirements:A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in fa ade design and management within the UK construction industry.Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, and building envelopes.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary package between 50,000 to 70,000 per annum (based on experience).Opportunities for career progression and ..... full job details .....
