You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as account management and lead generation. THE ROLE As a Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Nurturing and managing business relationships with key customers, focusing on understanding their needs and building long-term loyalty. Outbound calling within your allocated market and geographical region to create a pipeline of opportunities. Answering inbound enquiries to generate leads and making outbound calls talking to customers and following up potential leads. Support with general marketing alongside an external supplier for the business including website, internal events, LinkedIn and social media. Prospects for new clients and targeted marketing.
