About the Role:As the Business Development Director, you will lead the firm''s strategy and implementation in sales and new business generation. Your responsibilities will include managing the systems around the firm''s business development activities and ensuring each group has a structured Business Development Plan in place. You will actively measure and assess the effectiveness of business development activities and drive initiatives that promote success across the firm.
