We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our dedicated Salesforce development team. You’ll work closely with our Lead Salesforce Engineer, partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering to navigate complexity, make great decisions, and deliver impactful solutions. You’ll help modernise and improve our Salesforce infrastructure and shape how it evolves and integrates with our platform. You’ll bring deep technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to work through ambiguity. This role is about building scalable solutions and enabling the business through Salesforce, including architectural input, technical improvements, and fostering a high-trust, high-performance culture within the team.What You’ll Do

Design and Build Solutions:

Develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance our sales customer journey and internal operations.Contribute to Architecture and Modernisation:

Shape and evolve our Salesforce architecture to improve performance, maintainability, and integration with the wider Zappi platform.Collaborate Across Teams:

Work with the Lead Salesforce Engineer, Salesforce Admins, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.Optimise and Automate:

Identify areas where Salesforce can drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains across Sales, Customer Success, and other functions.Ensure Quality and Performance:

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code, conduct thorough testing, and help establish best practices in version control, release management, and security.Solve Problems and Handle Uncertainty:

Navigate evolving business requirements and provide creative solutions in ambiguity.Stay Current and Share Knowledge:

Keep up with Salesforce best practices, new features, and evolving technologies, and share insights with your team.What to Expect
