Key duties and responsibilities:

• Raise and process complex customer invoices
• Review documentation and ensure correct accounting treatment/coding
• Maintain financial records across multiple systems
• Process journals where required
• Support month-end activities
• Perform credit control
• Resolve invoicing and finance queries with budget holders and operational teams
• Produce audit trails and supporting documentation

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a finance, accounts, or accounting support role
• Good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting postings
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
