What You''ll Do:
You will be the heart of our brand. Your role will include:

• Engaging with customers in a warm and friendly manner, at our office and over the phone.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless service to customers.
• Receive and match purchase orders, arranging invoice and deliveries to site.
• Update Sage.
• Update internal spreadsheet (excel knowledge is necessary) to maintain records and accuracy for customer delivery.
