As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you''ll be involved in projects for the design, manufacture, and repair of complex electrical machinery used within the power generation sector. You''ll work on technically challenging, bespoke projects that push innovation and engineering excellence. The Senior Design Engineer will produce detailed 3D CAD designs and drawings, carry out stress and structural analysis (including FEA), and take a lead role in problem-solving for machinery upgrades, retrofits, and failures.
