Contract Specification Sales role with elite high-end bathroom manufacturer / brand Specification Sales Manager Commercial KBB / Interiors NORTH, SCOTLAND and IRELAND Full ownership of the specification journey - from specifier sign-off to final order - on major UK commercial bathroom projects. Territory - North and Scotland THE ROLE A project-led specification sales role covering the full lifecycle, from early design influence through to order and supply (hospitality and high-rise residential projects) Develop and secure specifications with architects, designers, developers, contractors and project stakeholders Build relationships with key decision-makers across construction and development projects Engage contractors and delivery partners to keep the spec intact through to site Manage commercial relationships on live projects through to order conversion Work alongside distribution partners to ensure successful supply Maintain a structured pipeline of live and upcoming commercial projects THE COMPANY A well-established UK manufacturer in the commercial KBB / Interiors sector, supplying high-quality, design-led products into large-scale construction projects across the UK.
