My client are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to provide day-to-day support across HR and payroll administration. This is a varied role covering payroll, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration and general HR support. You will work closely with the HR Manager, Finance team and employees across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in HR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal information, attendance and payroll details. • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation and systems are completed and updated. • Manage administration relating to employee leavers and offboarding. • Assist with benefits administration. • Respond to employee queries relating to payroll and HR policies. • Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation. • Ensure HR records and processes comply with employment legislation and internal policies. • Produce regular HR reports and provide information for audits when required. • Liaise with Finance and external payroll providers. • Support the HR Manager with general HR administration, projects and initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and business information. • Ensure compliance with Data ..... full job details .....
