As HR Business Partner, you will drive the people agenda, align it with our People and Culture Strategy and business objectives, and work closely with stakeholders to build capability, champion change, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Lead the in-house recruitment strategy, attract, engage, and onboard top talent, owning the end-to-end process to bring in high-caliber people.Business Partnering:

Provide pragmatic HR guidance to managers across recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and performance.Change Leadership:

Enable change through organisational design and transformation, including restructuring and redundancy.Talent Development:

Partner with leaders to ensure effective performance reviews, talent mapping, and development of future leaders.Wellbeing/Engagement and EDI:

Promote health and wellness, drive engagement initiatives, and champion EDI at Park Royal.Project Leadership:

Lead and deliver HR projects to enhance the employee experience.Qualifications and What You’ll Need

Experience:

Strong HR generalist background with a passion for recruitment and EDI; extensive experience across the employee lifecycle and solid knowledge of UK employment law.Skills:

Stakeholder management, complex employee relations, and proficiency with HR systems and data.Qualities:
