GBR Recruitment Ltd are proud to be working in partnership with a leading specialist Recycling / Material Handling machinery manufacturing business, recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer / Project Design Engineer who is highly proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD design software. As the Project Engineer you will be strong in designing sheet metal fabricated parts and large structural components for large scale machinery (cutting, bending, moulding, forming and assembling processes), plus with strong knowledge of weldments and designing high capital machinery solutions within automated MHE conveyor systems / recycling systems (compactors, balers, tippers, feeders etc.). If you are keen to lead and project manage the design, manufacturing and installation of high capital specialist machinery and if you possess strong detailing of fabricated products experience, along with 2D and 3D draughting using SolidWorks 3D design software then this could be the ideal project engineering role for you. Project Engineer Duties: Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete all specialist machinery designs, builds and installations.
