Internal Customer Service Advisor/Co-ordinator ROLE This is a description of the Job Title and place in the Organisational Structure. Managing administrative tasks and customer service activities to ensure customer loyalty and support the sales objectives of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle all customer calls and communications that come into the Internal Sales Inbox. Support the External Sales Team by providing assistance with design, price calculations, and customer proposals. Manage and follow up on customer orders through the CRM, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Coordinate with the Design department to request work orders and verify that customer specifications align with design capabilities. Monitor project progress and ensure that customer requirements are communicated to relevant Corplex departments. Negotiate extraordinary delivery times with customers in coordination with the Operations Team. Archive departmental documents such as offers, orders, and invoices. Assist in resolving overdue payments by supporting the sales force. Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and meet customer needs. Negotiate directly with customers to achieve an order status. ACCOUNTABILITIES Prepare KPI/Reporting data on Customer orders/fulfilment, deliveries and other data as required.
