The Role As a Commercial Account Handler, you''ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing advice, processing renewals, and supporting Account Executives to deliver world-class service. You''ll also have opportunities to identify business development prospects across various insurance products, including Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Public Liability. Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop relationships with insurers, affiliates, and other partners Manage client queries and ensure policies and documentation meet service standards and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to offer additional cover and cross-sell products Keep up-to-date with industry developments to maintain strong technical knowledge Assist with external events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives as required Support Account Executives in delivering excellent service to commercial clients Contribute to departmental and personal financial targets through client relationship management About You Experience in a commercial insurance environment, ideally with Professional Indemnity knowledge Familiarity with Acturis is advantageous, ..... full job details .....
