HR AdvisorLocation: Merthyr TydfilAbout the RoleYolk Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with one of our clients, a leading international food manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their established and hard-working team in Merthyr Tydfil.This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment and wants to play a key role in supporting both employees and the wider business.Working closely with the HR Manager and key stakeholders across the site, you will provide expert HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle. Alongside managing day-to-day HR activity, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the HR function and support wider strategic and continuous improvement projects.The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working within a production-focused environment where priorities can change quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.Support managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Manage and advise on absence and performance management.Support employee consultations, including redundancy processes and changes to terms and conditions.Work closely with the HR Manager to deliver the site HR strategy.Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Provide professional and ..... full job details .....
