Fixed Term Contract until 31st May 2027.Your New RoleReporting to the Head of People and managing a team of 4 (3 People Advisors and 1 Administrator), you will support a wide range of people initiatives and operational HR activities including:Day-to-day leadership of the People team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across the employee life cycle.Oversight of ER cases - coaching advisors on lower-level issues and leading on complex matters.Oversight of recruitment and onboarding, acting as the escalation point for the team.
