Residential Surveyor
We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate. Working hours: Full Time or Part TimeFully remote / WFH The successful Residential Surveyor, will be offered: Basic salary between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum10% Commission on personal net billingsOTE of £70,000 - £80,000Car Allowance5 weeks holiday4 well-being daysRICS fees paidOngoing CPDRewards schemeHealthcare programme To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have: Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualificationsStrong track record in SurveyingRegistered Valuer Status As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including: Level 2 SurveysLevel 3 SurveysRed Book ValuationsBespoke Building SurveysPrivate and Panel workLiaising with centralised hub regarding appointmentsMaintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to ..... full job details .....
