Workday Systems Manager Fully Remote (occasional travel to London) £90,000 - £95,000 per annum + Annual discretionary bonus On behalf of a global leading healthcare provider, I am looking for an experienced Workday Systems Manager to take ownership of their Workday platform and lead the team behind it. You''ll have overall responsibility of a team of 5 and work across HR and Digital and the wider business to deliver a high-performing, future-ready system. The role is 100% remote based with occasional travel to their London/other sites. Responsibilities: Lead and support the internal Workday team Own and enhance our Workday HCM environment - with a focus on Payroll, Integrations, Learning, Recruitment, Workday Help, and Business Processes Drive feature releases, system upgrades, and process improvements Ensure smooth operations while delivering strategic enhancements Maintain data governance, compliance, and clear documentation Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align system capability with business needs.
