Your Role

Launch a fully operational kitchen

prep, service, systems and safety all in place

Hire, onboard and train a

high-performance brigade

Drive

consistent plate execution

across every service period within 4 weeks of launch

Run the pass with full control over dine-in, takeaway, and delivery

Develop and implement

SOPs

across all aspects of kitchen operations

Hit and maintain

food cost targets

from month two onward

Achieve and maintain a

5-star Food Hygiene rating

at first inspection

Work closely with the GM to drive daily standards and review service performance

Evolve systems quarterly to meet the demands of a growing business

Build a

motivated, loyal team

with 90%+ retention over your first year

What Youll Bring

Experience as a
