Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a German-speaking Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team. The Role The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring customers receive excellent service and that orders are processed efficiently. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers while providing administrative support to the wider sales team. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the sales team. Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email in both German and English. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinating with internal departments including logistics, supply chain and customer service. Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems. Producing sales reports and general administrative documentation. Monitoring order progress and ensuring customers are kept informed of delivery schedules. Resolving any order-related queries and escalating issues where necessary.
