Make an impact!The Account Specialist is the primary contact for GP practices and community pharmacies across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG), ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable and high-quality healthcare waste services. Combining account management with operational oversight, you''ll build strong customer relationships, resolve day-to-day operational issues, identify opportunities for service improvement and support local sustainability goals. Working collaboratively with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders, you''ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of an essential healthcare service.This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the BNSSG region.
