Teaching Assistant – Enhanced Provision

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: £90–£100 per day (PAYE)

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the Enhanced Provision within a supportive and inclusive primary school in Wellingboorugh. The school, rated Good by Ofsted, has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality support to pupils with additional needs.

In this role, you will work alongside teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support to pupils with diverse needs, helping them to engage in learning and thrive within a nurturing environment. This position is best suited to an experienced Teaching Assistant who is dedicated, flexible, and able to commit long-term. The role offers the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a UK school setting

• A good understanding of how to support pupils with additional needs

• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach

• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
