Key Responsibilities Student Mentoring: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or social challenges. Behaviour Support: Work alongside the pastoral team to implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalate conflicts. Attendance Liaison: Identify patterns of persistent absence and work with families to encourage re-engagement with education. Crisis Intervention: Act as a safe, calm presence for students during high-stress moments or emotional outbursts.
