Role ResponsibilitiesThe preparation of key, timely compliant market documentation (MRC Slips, Endorsements and EOC''s)Working collaboratively with Brokers and providing full Broker Support duties Assisting with Client and Market enquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate records within Global XB and relevant market systemsWorking closely with Clients and Brokers to manage cash and credit control issues, identify root causes of recurring issues, and implement process improvementsOverseeing premium processing function and resolving queriesMonitoring key contractual dates, and supporting internal audit and file review processesAbout You3-5 years + of experience in an Account Handler / Broker Support role for a Lloyd''s Broker Competent in the production of MRC Slips and EndorsementsExperienced in London Market Casualty/Liability Risks - US or International ..... full job details .....
