Leading a wide-ranging operational service, you''ll be responsible for the delivery of responsive repairs, empty homes refurbishment, grounds maintenance, cleaning services and planned maintenance programmes. Working closely with tenants, colleagues and contractors, you''ll ensure we deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service that gets things right first time and achieves excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
