Out of Hours Team Leader

Location: Luton (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: -26,600 - -28,000 pro rata

Hours: 35 hours per week

We''re looking for an energetic and motivated leader to join our Out of Hours team. You''ll support a team of consultants, manage operational escalations, and ensure outstanding service for clients and candidates outside standard business hours.

Shift Pattern

This role works on a two-week rota covering mornings, evenings and weekends.

Weekdays

• 04:00 - 10:00
• 17:00 - 00:30

Weekends

• Shifts between 04:00 - 00:30

Every other weekend off will be supported where possible, although rotas may vary to meet business needs.

What You''ll Bring

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Recruitment, staffing, customer operations or similar experience
