Housing Support Worker We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to help people experiencing homelessness and complex needs maintain safe, stable accommodation in Middlesbrough. Position: Housing Support Worker Location: Middlesbrough, North East Salary: £26,436 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 13th September 2026 About the Role Join Depaul UK as a Housing Support Worker and help people experiencing homelessness and complex needs build greater stability and independence. You will manage a caseload of clients, providing practical and emotional support to help them maintain their accommodation, develop independent living skills and work towards their individual goals. This is a varied, community-based role combining direct support with practical tenancy and housing responsibilities. You do not need to be an experienced Housing Officer, but you will need experience supporting vulnerable people and the confidence to manage your own caseload. Training and support will be provided to develop your housing management knowledge.
