This role is central to driving operational excellence through the effective transition of high-value services to offshore and third-party delivery models. you will be managing the movement of people, processes, and operational responsibilities — not tools or softwareKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage transition projects with a focus on effective change management.Define and oversee project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource planning.Embed change management principles into all phases of project execution.Develop and execute clear communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders.Maintain consistent and coherent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with
senior
stakeholders to secure buy-in and manage expectations.Identify and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery.Monitor project performance using RAID logs, RAG status, KPIs, and ROI metrics.Optimise resource allocation to support efficient execution across teams.Manage the transition of services to offshore delivery centres and external partners.Ensure impacted teams receive appropriate training and support.Capture and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.Skills and
Experience
:Essential:Minimum 7 years’
experience
leading transformation and transition projects.Experience
managing the movement of people, processes, and operational responsibilitiesProven success in managing service transitions to offshore and third-party environments.Strong
background
in IT change management and technology adoption programmes.Experience
delivering transformation initiatives within regulated and corporate settings.At least 5 years’
experience
in infrastructure and technology operations transformation.10+ years of project management
experience
, including budgeting, risk management, team leadership, and service transition.Demonstrated ability to engage and influence
senior
stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong planning and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.Experience
working in
dynamic
environments focused on innovation and continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience
