Senior Quantity Surveyor (groundworks and civil engineering). We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering and groundworks subcontractor. This family owned subcontractor are based in Hemel Hempstead, and work for major civil engineering contractors on projects in the South East, London and the Midlands.Responsibilities

Oversee full commercial aspects of 3-4 projects - change management, cost tracking, forecasts, applications, measuresAssist with general business wide commercial activitiesAssist with tendering / estimatingOversee trainee QSQualifications

Min 7 years as a Quantity SurveyorCivils and groundworks experience - ideally non-residentialPackage and Details

Salary £65,000 - £70,000Car allowanceLaptop / phone included25 days holiday / pension etc. includedPensionFull timeWorking hours negotiableLocation and Logistics
