Advises the leadership team on management issues and effectively implements new or improved programs, policies, and processes to mitigate riskLeads, establishes, and implements human resources strategy aligned with overall business plans and objectivesMonitors and ensures full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices; proactively reviews, drafts, and updates internal HR policies and compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulatory requirementsDevelops and drives local compliance initiatives and projects to ensure organizational adherence to evolving legal frameworksPossesses deep knowledge of local benefits practices and has experience working with local insurance providers or third-party vendors on benefits or HR-related initiativesAdvises employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes, and supports a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development, retention, and offboardingOrganizes and leads local cultural and engagement activities to foster a strong company culture and employee moraleDemonstrates strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and drive the successful implementation of HR initiativesQualifications

5-8 years'' experience in human resource managementBachelor''s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience within the Tech and Startup sectorExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFluency in both English and Mandarin to deal with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQEqual Employment Opportunity at Tencent
