Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and support across highly structured, cross-border corporate real estate transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts.

Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Support the senior solicitor with strategic legal input and case management.

Liaise confidently with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.

Stay up to date with relevant legal developments and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 5 years PQE.

Strong technical knowledge in cross-border corporate real estate transactions and experience acting for borrowers and all types of lenders

Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage complex matters independently.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team initiatives.
