We work with 5 different councils and CQC is good rated.About the role:The main purpose of this role is ensure that Healthvision meets all it''s compliance obligations as specified by regulatory organisations, Contract Monitoring Officers at local councils and legal frameworks. It is expected that the Registered Manager will ensure quality assurance systems are in place and followed by all team members. The Registered manager must share the organisation''s ethos and values. This position will be leading our Hounslow branch with 7 reports.Key Accountabilities:To ensure Health Vision policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesTo ensure that the quality assurance programme is followed and any action plans required are implemented in a timely fashion.To ensure that care planning is person centred and holisticTo support, monitor and supervise operational staff to ensure best practice, this includes, but is not limited to, roster oversight, regular reviews of care assessments, communication and general performanceTo manage all service issues, such as complaints and feedback, promptly and effectively. Communicating with customers and conducting investigations.
