Exciting Opportunity as a Credit Support Specialist – Bristol Office

Join our dynamic team in Bristol as a Credit Support Specialist! This is a Bristol office based role, training will be in office for 3 months and then minimum of 1 day a week based in the office.

Key Purpose Of The Role

Production of invoice and Billing reportsPrimary responsibility for the processing of direct debits. This critical payment method allows Ayvens to manage and forecast cashflow as well as ensuring the collection of payments in line with customer expectationsEnsures that Ayvens remains compliant issuing regulatory notices and statements to customersTo ensure prompt query resolution to facilitate paymentTo assist with the prompt payment of outstanding invoices

Key Responsibilities

Submission, management and processing of Direct Debit activityProvision of bespoke invoice and Billing reports in line with customer requirements to enable the consolidation of invoicingCompliant production and issue of Statutory Statements and Notices, specifically Annual Statements, Default notices, Notice of Sums in Arrears (NOSIA) and Subsequent Notice of Sums in Arrears (SNOSIA)Optimising customer facing time to chase and collect overdue/missed payments via telephone, letter and emailDealing with/solving queries on invoices with both internal departments and external customersDeliver a high level of customer serviceComplying with relevant policies and procedures that will stand up to scrutiny from Internal and external AuditAbility to build relationships at all levels, communicate effectively, build trust and influence stakeholdersMaintain Continuous Personal Development (CPD) to stay up to date with relevant internal and external change.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, report writing and presentingExcellent time management, planning, self-organisation skills and an attention for detailHighly numerateProven experience of working under pressure within a process driven role focused on daily KPI’sCompetent in Microsoft Office suite of applications e.g. Excel, WordDevelops others by sharing own experience and expertiseStrong background of delivering excellent customer serviceIdentify and recognise knowledge of riskExperience in a previous Billing and/or Credit Control Role (desirable)
