Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following established recipes and guidelines.

Supervise and mentor kitchen assistants, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.

Maintain impeccable presentation and portioning of all dishes leaving your station.

Organize and manage mise en place (ingredient prep and setup) for smooth service.

Monitor inventory and coordinate ingredient requisitions with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

Your Qualifications

Culinary degree or professional certification (preferred).

Proven experience as a

Head Chef

or in a similar leadership role in a professional kitchen.

Deep knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

High standards of quality, detail, and consistency.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
