IT Service Manager

IT Service Manager+Permanent opportunity +Hybrid working in Oxford+ 55,000 - 70,000 per annumOur client, a growing top 40 accountancy firm has a fantastic opportunity to join their team in either of their offices - Farnham or Oxford. This is a hybrid role.Role responsibilities include:Managing the firm''s IT helpdesk teamCo-ordinating and managing software updates, ensuring systems remain secure and compliantImproving resolution times and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies.Monitoring KPI''sProviding high level technical support and guidance to resolve complex IT issuesOverseeing the maintenance and management of IT systems and conducting regular audits to create improvements.Ensuring all IT practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standardsReporting on helpdesk performance, system updates and project progress to senior managementYou will need to have a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling to other offices as required.You will have good working knowledge of CCH, Alpha Tax, Caseware, Silverfin, PayCircle, Jira Service Management, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, MS TEams, Horizon phone system and InTune.About you:You will have worked in a similar role and have strong experience managing IT service and supplier strategies, ideally within an accountancy or professional services firm.You will have managed staff and be comfortable managing performance.You will have solid experience in managing suppliers and you will be proficient in ..... full job details .....
